Laughing yoga has become a popular practice all over the world. People get together in a group like any other yoga class, but the difference becomes apparent, because in this yoga you laugh your butt off all class long.

Yes, this may sound funny, but laughing (even if it's forced) can have a significant therapeutic
effect. Studies show that the brain cannot tell the difference between self-induced laughter and laughter that just comes naturally; and interestingly enough, forced laughter can actually lead to a natural outburst!

So don't be afraid to live life and laugh a little!
