World News It's All Relative Did You Know? Opinion On The Streets
For those of you planning a trip to Berlin this year, there is a new tour you simply don’t want to miss.

Toilet tours have taken over, and this is guaranteed to be unlike anything you have ever experienced before.

From lavatories built in the late 19th century, to the most modern and high tech urinals of central Berlin, tour guide Anne Haase believes that she has come up with a unique and novel way of attracting tourists.

“I wanted to break a taboo and explain the history of Berlin's hygiene and toilet culture," she told Reuters.

The tour visits famous locations such as the Kaiser's fully restored bathroom at the Potsdamer Platz square, ending with a stop at a Japanese restaurant that houses an automatic toilet which apparently costs more than a small car.

Haase claims that the tours are in high demand from organizations, clubs, and individuals who take a special interest in toilet talk, such as the WTO (World Toilet Organization).

We assume that a high fibre breakfast may not be encouraged on the morning you take the tour.... but then again, what better way to get the full experience!
