World News It's All Relative Did You Know? Opinion On The Streets
It is always nice to see a resort get a facelift, and the Byron Beachcomber Resort is no exception!

The Byron Beachcomber Resort, a popular Byron Bay Accommodation option on the east coast of Australia has just announced the completion of their Fall 2012 renovation plan. Updates include a resurfaced pool and BBQ area, as well as upgrades to the bedding and furniture in each of their suites.

The self-catering style resort offers studio apartments with kitchenettes, as well as 1-bedroom apartments with full kitchens.  Even though the resort was only build just over a decade ago, the owners recognized the need to stay modern and current.

"After taking over the accommodation a little over 3 years ago, we realized that in order to stay modern we needed to make some necessary changes," says Leslie Wilson, co-owner of the Byron Beachcomber Resort with her husband Benn Wilson.

It isn't clear yet if these renovations will become a regular part of the overall strategy of the resort, however, for now it seems to have done the trick.
