World News It's All Relative Did You Know? Opinion On The Streets
It's all fine and dandy to stand up and say your are against bullying.  But to stand up and dance against bullying, well that is a whole other story!

This is exactly what one young group from the Boogaloo Academy did when co-founders Jheric Hizon and Anita Perel-Panar directed and choreographed an anti-bullying flash mob, which has gone viral to over a million views, sending the anti-bullying message around the world. It has become the top, most discussed anti-bullying YouTube video in Canada.

Boogaloo Academy works closely with all areas of the community from the School Boards to Corporations; from aspiring talented artists to disadvantaged youth who have behaviour problems, Downs Syndrome, and/or Autism.

Boogaloo Academy Youth is also hosting a dance for Grade 6 and 7 students on November 23rd to raise awareness for anti-bullying, anti-discrimination and acceptance.  Money raised will go towards A Star Society programs for Education in Arts and Fitness and the A Star Society Scholarship Fund.
