World News It's All Relative Did You Know? Opinion On The Streets
Scientists have determined that the human face can bend and twist into roughly 5,000 distinct facial expressions.

Using just 44 muscles, nerves, and blood vessels, our faces can do some pretty unique
things – just look at Jim Carry.

For the rest of us, there are 6 basic facial expressions that are common throughout the world: 1. Sadness 2. Surprise 3. Anger 4. Fear 5. Disgust 6. Happiness.

The Good News is... happiness is the world’s most recognizable emotion. A smile can be recognized from as far as 300 feet away, or the length of a football field. A smile can be infectious, and at the same time it can cure disease. It can bring about hope in uncertainty, faith in love, joy in life, and respect for humanity.

So, if it has been a while, take a moment and exercise facial expression #6. Trust me, you will be glad that you did.
